Led by StoryFutures, the National Centre for Immersive Storytelling, StoryTrails brings together some of the UK’s most established media names including the BFI, the BBC and Uplands Television with cutting edge creative and tech companies ISODESIGN, Nexus Studios and Niantic. Our relationship with UK libraries was made possible by The Reading Agency and the travelling exhibition was realised by Produce UK. StoryTrails is one of 10 projects commissioned for UNBOXED: Creativity in the UK, a ground-breaking countrywide celebration of creative collaboration in 2022.

Educational immersive experience

With more than 850,000 people living with dementia throughout the UK, this cruel but intriguing disease affects each person differently, depending on diagnosis, their relationships with others and their past experiences. Those living with the disease often find themselves moving through alternate realities fusing the past and present, recalling emotions and shared experiences when memories become fragmented. We’ll give the opportunity to take a glimpse into the rich, vivid and often captivating world through the eyes of those living with Dementia.
